This workshop is about learning how to utilise your sewing machine to its fullest potential. Being 'one' with your machine will make any tricky sewing job much easier to tackle. we will learn how to clean and maintain your machine and make samplers of all the stitches and finishes that an average domestic sewing is capable of doing. ie: zippers, buttonholes, hemline finishes, french seaming etc. I will also demonstrate a few industry tricks that have saved me precious time over the years. sessions are held in Clevedon Costumes and Vintage Apparels' workroom. 20 Clevedon-Papakura Rd, Clevedon. contact is 292 3035. bookings essential.
